An Introduction from the President and CEO

My business experience spans over 30 plus years. I opened my first business at the age of 19, a alteration and sewing shop. At the age of 20, I became a licensed Insurance Agent and at 21, I became a Certified Tax Professional. As an Entrepreneur I have met success and failure, but I never deterred from my path. I began to help many people find their niche and have always taken notice of the conditions of the people and the environment around me. I want to use my knowledge to benefit the masses. I believe the key to my success is in helping others accomplish their dreams. Life holds a purpose for each of us. We each have a destiny and that destiny has led me to this point in my life. Success is a lifelong journey and even when you find it, you must work to maintain it.

Tax Actions Accounting & Advisory Services was vision in 2000 and originated in 2016 by Mrs. Ethel Cain Russell, a native of the Mississippi Delta. Ethel began her company with small business owners, the self-employed and entrepreneurs in mind. Like herself, she realized that most small business owners whether homebased, store front or brick and mortar where in desperate need of record keeping and advisory services but could not afford to pay the high cost to obtain these services. Poor record keeping has been listed as one of the top 5 reasons why small businesses fails. Due to poor record keeping and not having sound financial advice, many small business owners pays additional taxes that they are not liable for du to lack of knowledge. As small business continue to rise, I knew that something had to be implemented to help small business and self employed taxpayers avoid this pitfall. By 2005 our nation began to experience a large number of new business owners including the self employed. After the recession hit in 2009 to present an overwhelming number of small business and homebase businesses as well as online businesses has shot through the roof. It seems like we are now in a Entreprenurship world. Based on my experience as an Entrepreneur and Tax Professional, with that in mind, I determined that these Americans could remain successful if someone could offer these well needed services to them while at the same time creating more jobs. TAAAS provides a service and a product that can generate an income and meets a need for many, many Americans. We believe that we now have a proven system in place that works that consist of GIVING, HELPING & SHARING in which we all know is the right vehicle to have in place that will truly bring about positive change to every American that's willing and ready.
